Shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
💌 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the courier’s care and out of our control. Please note that NalaStars Gifts can’t take responsibility for lost or delayed packages during shipping — but don’t worry, your tracking number will help you contact the courier for updates.
⚠️ Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance issues in their country.
If a package is returned or destroyed due to customs clearance failure, we do not offer refunds.
📦 Delivery Issues & Courier Responsibility
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
In the rare event that a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist the customer in opening an investigation with the courier. Any refund or replacement will be handled in accordance with the courier’s investigation outcome and applicable parcel protection or insurance coverage.
